1. Summary
In short: reserving is free and non-binding. No payment is taken on this Site. You can cancel at any time. An order only becomes binding when you sign a written order agreement after your site review — and even then, any deposit you pay is refundable as described below.
2. How reservations work
- Reserve. Submit the reservation form. You receive a reference number by email.
- Queue. Your reservation is placed in the queue for your chosen edition, in order of submission.
- Site review. As your batch slot approaches, we invite you to a video site review.
- Quote. We send a written quote with final price, specifications, delivery window and warranty terms.
- Order. If you accept the quote and sign the order agreement, your order becomes binding.
3. No payment on this Site
We never ask for card or bank details through the Site or the reservation form. Any deposit or payment is requested only after you receive a written quote, through an invoice sent from our official email domain. If you receive a payment request that does not follow this process, do not pay and forward it to [email protected].
4. Changing or cancelling a reservation
You can change your edition, number of units or delivery country, or cancel your reservation, at any time before signing an order agreement by emailing us with your reference number. There is no fee. Changing edition may move your position in the queue.
5. Deposits and refunds
- Deposit. After you accept a quote, a deposit may be invoiced to secure your production slot. The amount is stated in the quote.
- Refund before production allocation. If you cancel before your unit is allocated to production (the date is stated in your order agreement), your deposit is refunded in full.
- Refund after allocation. After allocation, the deposit is refundable minus any documented customisation costs stated in advance in your quote. Standard units carry no such costs.
- Our cancellation. If we cancel your order or cannot deliver within 120 days of the latest date in your delivery window, you may cancel and receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
- Timing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation.
6. Consumer right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the robot, without giving a reason, subject to the conditions set out in your order agreement. This right is in addition to — and not limited by — the refund terms above.
7. Delivery estimates
Delivery windows shown on the Site (for example, “Q2 2027”) are estimates for planning. The delivery window in your signed order agreement is the one that applies. We will notify you promptly by email if it is expected to change.
8. Warranty
Every delivered unit includes a limited warranty whose length depends on edition (Studio: 2 years; Workshop and Fleet: 3 years). Full terms are provided with your quote. Statutory warranty rights in your country are not affected.
